Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year, a year of exciting opportunities for your band student. Band activities are well underway and WE NEED YOU!

Please consider joining the West Aurora Band Boosters. Your membership goes directly to enhancing our entire band program as we supply ensembles with everything from color guard equipment to marching band letters and pep band patches, from instruments to tuxedos, and we cover the costs of special events festival entry fees, the senior banquet, uniform repairs, and audition judges. If every band family joined Boosters with a $50.00 membership or above, no fundraising would be necessary!

We can also use your support in program operations once we are fully functional. Please consider assisting at football games or parades by distributing water, chaperoning off campus performances, or helping ensure uniforms are performance ready. Our volunteers also help serve desserts and beverages at the Jazz Coffee House and secure donations for the Dinner Dance Raffle. We have many of jobs big and small and we are sure there is something perfect for you!

Please reach out to a Board Member if you have any questions, ideas, or concerns. Or better yet, come to one of our Booster Meetings as all are welcome. Meetings during this season will begin at 7:00 p.m.   Please contact our booster president for information.

Dinner Dance Information

Our Annual Jazz Dinner Dance is held each Spring and is a major fundraiser for our entire band program.  This year’s theme is “The Roaring 20’s” on Saturday, February 12 from 6-10pm.  More information will be available soon regarding price, location and ticket sales.
